Your scholarship will take care of many expenses, but for those who are not able to find a source of funding, the expenses for tuition and other services will have to paid. For example in Canada, an undergraduate degree will cost you between CAD 13,000 to CAD 20,000, CAD 17,000 to CAD 25,000 for a postgraduate degree and CAD 7,000 to CAD 15,000 for a PhD in tuitions.
